    Power Supply safety device

This has been something I've been wanting for a long while, a device powered by the ATX cables +5vSB that can monitor temperatures. (With included temperature diodes on nice long cables so you can stick them anywhere.)
And also fan outputs with RPM monitoring, so that when the RPM/temp gets too a specific (user configurable) point the safety device will be triggered; which should simply consist of a relay that cuts power to the ATX connectors pin 14, PS-ON which will poweroff the computer immediately...

It should also provide monitoring off the +5vSB line so that if it falls outside the ATX spec it too is turned off (to prevent the mainboard from being damaged because the cheap ass capacitors and other crap in the PSU has failed so the line is giving out 8v or 2.5v instead....)

The fan outputs should also work while only having the RPM cable attached, i.e. not power cable. So you can still use the mainboards temperature/RPM control feature if it has it... (That is if you splice the fans cable into two connectors, one with only RPM sense and one with +12v and ground...)

The fan outputs should also be built to be able to deliver allot of current, so if you wanted you could run a water pump from them (though most pumps now days have split voltage input/rpm sensor cables just as described above so it is less of an issue...)

This isn't much to ask for right?
