PSUs made 2000 and later containing Fuhjyyu caps

Since I have seen a number of power supplies made 2000 and later which fail due to bad Fuhjyyu capacitors (Antec in particular), I encourage you to list them here, with the year of manufacturer if possible (must be 2000 or later!)

    Antec (quite easy to find)
ACHME (found one with a bad Fuhjyyu capacitor in a DVD player made in 2003)
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

I just bought bought an Ultra V-Series 500watt PSU.

I know these are mid-range quality, I only bought it because it was free after rebates on black friday

I cracked it open today to see what it looks like inside. The unit has never been powered up other then testing at the factory, so obviously there weren't any leaking caps yet.

Ultra has decided to save a few bucks and go with the Fuhjyyu on the AC side. Even worse they opted for some GL for the DC filtering Now I know why these are considered mid-range.

I will probably hook this pig up to a DFI nF4 Ultra-D and overclock the snot out of it and take some voltage measurements. I will then replace the caps with some good ones and retest it. Even if it doesn't change the voltage I will at least have peace in mind that the caps aren't going to fail on me.

I don't have an ESR meter so I can't test it. Do you have a recommendation on a good testing procedure?
