Todd Engineering Sales PC45B Power Source

It's a 12VDC to 120VAC power converter on a Jayco 5-wheel camper that I fried.

I was going to repair it when I notice this part, circled in red, was blown. The part's info was on the side that is missing, so I can't look for a replacement.
It's more than likely a transistor.

If anybody has this unit, or have schematics for this unit, can you look and tell me the information on this part?

It's marked as U2, which can be a voltage regulator in a TO92 capsule.
Try to make a circuit schematics, it can help.
