V-moto emax 80l electric moped

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong section
I recently got an electric moped and it has a problem everything else works on it except the throttle I've checked the wiring and can't find any faults with that,I then checked the controller and think I found 3 shorted fets trouble is I can't source exact replacements does anyone know of any suitable replacements please? It's the highside fets in the picture I'm getting continuity through all 3 legs

but if all 3 legs are shorted you better test the circuit driving the gate pin for damage

Thankyou for the link I will be doing more investigating before replacing the fets I was just making sure I could find the same ones if not alternatives before hand
