Lenovo Thinkpad x13/T14s Gen 1 AMD GT4A5/GX3A5 NM-C791 Schematic

Hello there! I have a Lenovo Thinkpad x13 Gen 1 AMD I am trying to repair but couldn't find the schematics and boardviews anywhere else I've searched.
The motherboard's ID is GT4A5/GX3A5 NM-C791. Would any of you guys happen to have it or a source and is there any more information I could provide to help?

P.S. I hope you guys don't mind the possible repost, I saw the previous thread asking for x13 schematics but the poster didn't specify whether they wanted the AMD or Intel version and the post hasn't gotten any replies after it was posted months ago.
