I just searched in google for this boardview and see attached file LA-F115PR10-0728D_Gerber.brd.zip.
I have downloaded this file but it couldn’t opens with openboardview and says that the file is damaged.

Could you please attach this file again ?

Please read reply #5. You need Allegro viewer (probably 17) and not Openboardview

There is PDF type component layout file provided with reply #5. It's the easiest way to find a particular component's location. Otherwise you need to use "Allegro Free Viewer ver 17.x" to open the BRD file.
