by vinayckMight have some liquid damage (from > 1 year ago, was completely fine until a month ago) - unable to notice anything wrong easily on the motherboard (Core i7, GPU MX250, UX481FLY). I have cleaned parts of the motherboard with some oxidation with solder and flux - did not help.
Laptop does turn on sometimes and is fully functional. However, while it is fully functional - (1) If rebooted, most of the times it enters a restart loop with blank screen (2) Sometimes, it crashes by itself and enters restart loop - with no relation to CPU/GPU load, heat, etc.

by Dr TechnoHi Guys,
I need a motherboard schematic for file for a AORUS 15P XC please. The EXACT motherboard is ga-rx5lxc rev2.0. It currently has a black screen issue and doesn't display to external display but boots into windows and can also display externally when running ubuntu. If anyone has a motherboard schematic file and boardview for this laptop it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!-

by rddubeHello everyone,
OK, so here is my issue.
This Lenovo B470 motherboard I am troubleshooting died and I identified it is the discrete Nvidia graphics chip that has lost it's ways!
So I removed it and now I am trying to change this motherboard to use UMA graphics, but I am having an issue interpreting the attached diagram. I have a 10K resistor in at the R2013 position and another one at the R2012. R2010 and R2011 are empty.
The motherboard starts, the fan spins but no display. It turns off by itself. I restart it and it does start but stays on...08-12-2024, 02:01 PM -
by zklgfsHi,
I have a Dell Latitude 5590 with motherboard LA-F411P Rev 1.0 that has liquid damage and doesn't turn on anymore when only the charger is plugged in. However, it does turn on when powering it from a battery. I couldn't find schematics for this exact board, but LA-F401P seems to be similar (that post says LA-F411P, but the attached schematics are actually for LA-F401P): https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...oardview-neede... -

• Model: MacBook Pro 14” M1 Pro (A2442)
• Logic board number: 820-02443-05
Original Issue
The device suffered liquid damage, causing a short circuit on the logic board.
Near the audio jack area, the CR852 capacitor pad was severely burned, creating a clear short-circuit path. The board could not power on properly.
Work Performed
Removed the short circuit by drilling through the board (bypassing the short path) in the CR852 area.
Current Status
• When powered on, the screen shows support.apple.com/mac/restore....10-20-2025, 11:15 PM - Loading...
