Same problem, when i press the power button, PU301 ic has over heat then voltage drop on IO ic pin no 33, and also no voltage send to BIOS pin 3.40v,

AND Also working this ic AWW81B. Thats used for when we press the power button Its send 4.5 voltage to BIOS ic

I have one of these motherboards that has the same problem with PU301. The chip doesn't seem to be shorted however I have no 3.3V output from it resulting in no 3.3V at the super IO chip or the power button. Has anyone had success replacing PU301 and getting the board working?

If I apply 3.3V directly to jumper PJ303, the board will come on so I know there isn't a bad capacitor or something dragging the 3.3V output down.
