Sure. There's no 3.3 VSB at the power switch pin. Therefore I am unable to switch it on.
Luckily, I am able to get the schematics from another forum. So I was studying the schematics to see what has gone wrong. The chip that's supposed to convert 5VSB to 3VSB is not doing its job. It's getting the required VIN, VREF voltages, but its not producing the required pwrswitch voltage.
