anyone solved this?i have two boards with exact same problem...ITE chip is overheating when applied 3.3V from external power source...

i replaced the chip from some HP laptop,the same chip,and again overheating...no shorts anywhere....i have FLIR camera,no heating anywhere else but on this ITE chip.

it was to much to me, send it to another workshop, thay fixed it, no idea what it was

after it came back, it had bios password so i fixed bios, here is a working file
