Samsung NP-N250+ 0r N145+ Schematic

Hi - I have a Samsung notepad that switches on - power light.
But does not power up. - Fan doesnt flick and hard drive doesnt
operate. Cpu and ram dont get warm. Nothing on screen,
Motherboard is BA92-06885A which is in this uk model and in some N145s.
(amazed at the number of different boards used in such a short time).

Basically I am after a schematic - have done a few tests and there is power at various places but have not yet pin pointed the problem. Suspect is a couple of
AP4232BGM SOP8 IC Chips but more tests required. They are quite tiny so can
see me messing up if I have to replace!

Any help form anyone who has worked on these gratefully accepted.
I will add some pictures later.

samsung motherboards have city names "berlin", "istanbul", "cannes/bonn". if you can tell me which one is it, i will try to help you finding schematic.

Hi Spidey - I believe it to be a Bloomington though not 100% convinced.

Hmm sorry- Think I was misled there then?? as part of the barcode sticker said BLOU before the
BA92 and coupled with other "finds" thought Bloomington
BUT have now spotted under the Ram printed on the board

Ok It is now light enough to get half decent picture. I attach two of the labeling which only confuses me more.

Bar Code label on Top says it is a.... BLOU BA92-06885A ......
Board imprint on Top says it is a PONTIAC-R

Bar Code label on bottom says is is a BLOOMIN ( Bloomington I Guess)
BA92-06885B
Board imprint on bottom says it is a BA41-01282A which on google shows on one site as Samsung BA41-01282A SYS BOARD (KANSAS) N450 533MHZ
and on another Lowest price on Samsung BA41-01282A GT8000 Motherboard Model: BA41- 01282A. Neither of which I think is correct.

Every motherboard the got a CPU soldered to the board and thermal compound was a little hard to remove I start with reflow
