Anyone got a diagram for the following?

Motherboard Info:

Problem: No 3.3V and 5V. (There is a short at JP9).

hello Guys Titi here ,
hope you are ok,i am looking for help,any one with schematic of IB250CX schematic diagram( lenovo M710e)
mine has an ic above sata has removed and i can't guess the number or if it was a regulator
please if you know let me know the type of this chip
computer work except to recognize hdd or ssd disk ,normally i can't install windows even if disk shows up or run windows

"Hello friends. My Asus X556U laptop is not charging, not turning on, etc. I wanted to repair the motherboard, partly for learning purposes. One of the capacitors is giving a 24V output, and one of the MOSFET pins is also giving a 24V output, and honestly, this surprises me. I think I need to replace the capacitor, but I don’t know the capacitance value. I tried searching for a motherboard schematic but couldn’t find anything. Can you help me find the schematic or diagram?"
