Hello, NEW to this board. I am a NEWBY just wanting to bring my laptop back to life. Looking at this area, I have 2 questions. Locating the PD8200 and removing it ( as stated here ) would this be a reasonable task for a beginner to internediate person? And as also stated here... is there a board view to locate this chip that needs to be removed?

I have tried all the programs that I can think of to open .CAD files... what do you use to open this type of file.

The website doesn't work for me, I get "Unable to connect" like the page doesn't exist.
                                Am I doing something wrong?
