MS Surface Laptop 3 1868 Board View

Hi

I'm looking for the board view for MS Surface Laptop 3 1868 from 2017(I don't know the motherboard number). It's i5 10th gen, 256gb disk, 8gb ram. The UEFI eeprom is w25R125JWPQ. That was my first time updating the BIOS and I tore off one of the capacitors. Thank you for your help.

@clip180::::: What do you need, BIOS dump or the schematics???? The damaged/missing Caps is C2111 0.1MF 6.3V
