i need schematics and boardview

Does anyone has this schematics? I tried to find it, but the google never ever seen this schematic. Do I need to look for it by using a different part number for the board? I can not even pay for it. -
Good people, please help me find a Boardview schematic. I can't figure out what's wrong.
I have 16V present. When I press the power button, 3.3V and 5V appear on the inductors but then disappear, cycling every 3-4 seconds. The power button blinks accordingly. The fans do not even attempt to spin.
There is no voltage on the memory inductor; only the resistance switches between 8Ω and 140Ω when the transistors turn on. This keeps repeating.
Near the CPU and GPU, the inductors show almost a short circuit. I suspect something has failed near the memory.
Please, if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it!
