First of all, I’d like to apologize for my level of English.
I have an HP OMEN 15-ax204ns laptop, purchased in 2018, with the following specifications:- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz
- 4.00 + 4.00 GB RAM
- 1TB hard drive
- Product ID: 00325-96088-89605-AAOEM
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit
It is in its original state, with no hardware modifications except for the battery, which had swollen and was replaced with a compatible one.
For three or four months, I used the new battery without any issues, but...
