Thank you for your answer I just found a functional BIN on another site
Ok, since I don't have the original bios I can't determine the correct bios file for you, you have to try both files I posted and have to manually add the missing DMi info.
Below are virgin bios files.

Need help
HP Pavilion x360 - 13-s060sa (ENERGY STAR)
board code: FAUCHON-BDW MB 14259-2
serial no: 8CG52617B7
Problem is that, laptop is not detecting harddrive. and i think its due to bios issue. i want to change the bios but bios chip is WSON-8 PIN (25q64fv1g) and i dont have WSON-8 PIN ADAPTOR. i tried to take bios backup through sholding wires, but bios chip is not detected
Is that problem may be due to bios ???
Can anybody make bootable usb to ressolve bios problem
Bcz in boot menu, usb is showing and booting but there is no hdd in boot menu, even i change hdd, and checked hdd dedection circut
OR
may i use SOP8 (200ML) bios chip instead of wson-8 chip???
if it is possible then i need bin file for that model (even i dont have backup bios)

The wires that you soldered must be as short as possible. Did you solder them to the extra pads ? .if there are some extra pads for a SOP8 chip you can use one instead of the WSON8.The WSON8 adapters are very cheap just a few dollars on aliexpress, a bit more expensive on amazon and ebay but if thats a buying option you`ll get it much quicker. It always saves time if you can make a good backup of the original bios, most of the non business HP`s have an Insyde bios, its easy to copy the DMI and windows key from the backup to a new virgin bios, and much better than struggling with nbdmifit/BCU.
You can make a bios recovery flash drive easily, just go to HP support, enter the laptop serial number, get the bios update and run the exe, it will give 3 options, 1 of them is to make a recovery drive.

The link works ok for me.Choose win10 as the OS and 64bit.Expand the column on the left.Download and run the exe .If you`re running win 7 it will crash, use a machine with win8 or 10 and it will work.If you see an option to install an insyde driver you choose no, it will pop up a few times, just keep choosing no.You only need to install the driver if you`re flashing the bios to the same machine,it isn`t needed to extract the bios or make a recovery drive.

About 8 inch or less. The programmer doesn`t need to be outside the board/case ,put it near to the chip. You can stand the programmer on cardboard or plastic so that it doesn`t cause shorts.
