          with this BOIS manufacture programming unlock mode is on.... and display going blank

                  Bios that he upload is virgin from hp. That mean manufacture unlocked for adding configuration. If you don't want to see warning splash on start, use HPDMI. There are many HPDMI on forum that you can use, Here's the link
