Hello dear admins and members, unfortunately I also have a BIOS for which I don't know the password. I hope you can help me here.
Unfortunately, it's still not clear to me which BIOS chip I have to read, there is one flat and two thick ICs.
Thanks.!Comment

by grimacelordHi folks,
I'm having a hard time extracting this Dell BIOS. I have a Dell Latitude E6530 that has BIOS corruption and I need to reflash with CH341A programmer. I have already taken dumps of both the 4MB and 8MB chips on the motherboard.
Service tag number for this model is: "JYDWYW1".
Link to latest BIOS for this Service Tag: https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER05371360M/1/E6530A22.exe
I have tried:
- Simply extracting with 7zip
- PFSExtractor
- Using "/writeromfile, /writehdrfile, and /writehexfile" commands
- Check Temp folder
