hp 14-fq0020nr blackscreen

i have an hp laptop 14 inches in size
but its nolonger displaying, the screen only gets dark after i power on
no caps signals no nothing.

some one help please

Bios from HP support -> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp141...0/sp141506.exe

Run the exe , choose Save to location. Your bios version is BID087B7 .Copy your DMI (serial number,feature-byte ) from your backup to the new bios using a hex editor using these off-sets 0-803F

it displays this message for 2secs and it remains in a loop of on with blackscreen then off like that
