Unfortunately, I don't have the expertise, so I'm asking for your help. but I will describe what happened again. I started with the bios chip on the top of the motherboard. I was soldering it and reading the data, while there was an unexpected power outage. then I soldered it back, but the machine didn't start anymore. I did not touch the other bios chip. (I hope I write well, my knowledge of English is poor, I use google translator.)
I took a photo of which chip. I will re-upload the original bios file that was read incorrectly. there is hope?

Hi! I replaced the chip, wrote the files you sent, checked, resoldered the chips, but unfortunately there is no change. Is all hope gone? is this beyond repair?
