Hello, I'll try to help.
peste is quite right in saying that your original BIOS is defective.
You are missing the entire block from 0-FFFFFF with a length of 1,000,000, or for some reason it is not displayed correctly in the UEFI tool.
The ME Analyzer says File System State = ERROR, which is not good at all.
I created a BIOS from Peste's unlocked file from the previous request.
I copied the block from 0-FFFFFFF and pasted it into yours, and then cleaned up your original ME region.
That is certainly not the best way, and it doesn't have to work.
Please note that you do this at your own risk.
What peste is very right in saying is that nothing beats a good, clean backup of your original BIOS. That is very important.
Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem reading it.
Your BIOS is corrupted.

I'd rather not upload my BIOS file because I don't want it to cause you problems. But I can give it to you if you'd like.

thank you for your efforts. before i ask you for your edited version, let me double check with my 2 usb programmers arE reading the right "detected" bios chip. I can then check it in ME analyser and get back to you. thanks again. bACK SOON

is there any way to prove my programmers are incorrectly reading my bios chip ? I mean this is a working bios, just needs the password removed from it...

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

you need an SPI programmer
