Thanks again guys, followed the advice changing the two pairs of bits at the beginning of the file. It booted into factory mode as expected and all setup again

So Looking at my Bin file, can anyone advise if its only two blocks i need to edit or four..... thanks again......Paul

as I wrote, they are in pairs, just group bytes by 4 and search for blocks ending in hex 00FCAA and 00FDAA and modify them onto 00FC00 and 00FD00.
