We have had a lot of members lately who want a "clean bios" or "clear bios" but its unclear exactly what they want.

1. Clean the ME firmware
2. Fix the bios
3. Remove a password

Choose one.If its something different then say so and explain what the problem is.

Hello, I need help. My Lenovo E15 Gen2 is not charging at all. As we all know it only charges cia USB-C port. I am trying possible fixes, and the 1st one I want to try is the bios flash update. I am a bit confused, which of the chips in the attached image is the actual bios chip? There's the Winbond 25Q80DVSIG which only contains a 1mb bin. Does it mean actual bios is the smaller chip, from picture... the 24256E?

Thanks, guys. Found the actual bios chip. But problem is actually a hardware issue. A small power mosfet chip of some sort that just burned out and needed replacing. Ordered the chip from China and replaced. Laptop is charging fine now!
