        Did you read Hoaca388's reply?
This is not the bios chip (24256E also).
How do you plan to use the "extracted .bin" since you can't even find the exact bios chip?

Thanks for the response, I'm sure the BIOS is stored in: 25Q80DVSIG

PC: Lenovo E15 Gen 2 (Type 20TD, 20TE) Laptop (ThinkPad)
      Serial: PF-3BAFDT

My PC shut down during a routine Windows update and the screen is now black.
Now it doesn't turn on, it just turns on a sequence of lights.

Could someone repair my corrupted BIOS file please?

That is the size of the file I took with the CH341A stored on the 25Q80DVSIG chip

Is it possible that someone can help me repair that BIOS?

            Thanks in advance

Thank you very much Maxpower3, for the electronic diagram, I was now able to recover the PC using the BIOS files attached to this Forum.

By the way, I share with you the BIOS that I read with the CH341A once it was updated to the latest current version stored in: winbond 25R256JVEN

Ok, nevermind. I've done it by myself.

                    1. In EC bin file I found region which looks like password or password checksum. In my bin start from 3EF00 to 3EF80

                    2. I simply erased it with FF.

                    3. Save it and program.

                    4. While booting up I've got message "Bad SVP, stop POST task", but it allowed me to enter to BIOS setup without password.

5.I set up new password and made restart with save option.

                    6. After restart I disable password and Done.

Is it done properly ? I don't know, but for me worked well.
I also made BIOS update to prevent any corrupted data in EC made with these steps.

                    Cheers

Yes, NM-D011, i have a feeling that my BIOS chip is not responding and readable but i also read somewhere that this chip is difficult for supporting programmer software due to extra security features. I am using the CH341a programmer.
