HP Notebook - 14-am074na caps lock blinking

Hi all.
Can anyone please help.Working on a HP Notebook - 14-am074na and the caps lock blinks 3 times all codes seem to point to memory but i have replaced that with no change.I'm only left with trying to flash the bios so if anyone can assist
I need the bin file.

Hi. Did flashing the bios solve the issue? I am having the same problem.
