BECAUSE OF AFTER FLASH BIOS NO SOUND AND TPM ERROR AND FAN ALWAYS ON
OLD BIOS HAS NO DISPLAY
NEW BIOS ATTACHED PLS HELP

Problem solved, it was not BIOS but cpu problem, reflow solved everything.
