E490 Supervisor Password Help Please
I bought this laptop thinkpad e490 from a auction where the owner has dementia and cannot remember the password when i attempted to reach out to him his daughter informed me. i tried the lenovo autopatch but i am a noob and dont know how to get a backup or flash. I downloaded a utility that backs up your bios and it is in the .rom format. How do i flash it now, the patched version?

The autopatcher doesn´t work for me. The laptop beep cod for bad TPM.

yes i have try doing it using the python... but after patching with will be making sound and wont display..
but wen i return the original dump,it will display..
it 8th GEN.. I always find it hard to do 8th gen my self..

I noticed that unfortunately, depending on the bios version, Lenovo_autopatcher 0.1 ou 0.2 is not correcting it, in some cases the machine starts up beeping and does nothing else, in other cases the machine starts up and tells me to press f1 at the beginning and without having corrected it, when I press f1 nothing happens and the screen goes dark. I have a Lenovo E490 in this situation, bios version 1.29.Comment
