elitebook 850 G7 password

Hi! Maybe someone can help me to figure out how to remove password for a HP EliteBook 850 G7. I foud the BIOS and it's a Winbond 25Q80DV IC 2046 6031 HV200.
Everybody talks about 16Mb but mine, in all datasheets seems to be 8Mb. I already read it with 8Mb and 16Mb specification in ASprogrammer but RCUnlocker returns "Missing unlockable content".
Left me out of ideas.

It`s a lower case b ,not upper case (capital letter) B .Lower case b is bits, upper case B is bytes . 8 Mega bits is 1 Mega Byte

8Mb = 1MB

Use RCUnlocker with 16MB chip.

Thank you, I was able to enter my information in the bios. Is there a way to exit Manufacturing Program Mode without installing Windows and using BCU?
Looks like I'm missing the MAC address. Do you know where that is located?
