could you help me, a bios update was being carried out and the device was turned off by battery and did not have a charger inserted (that was what the client indicated)
Therefore the device only presents a black screen.

first boot press f10 apply factory defaults and restart, 2nd boot reset security settings to defaults and exit.
use BCU. you can permanently disable Absolute lock in BCU.
