With the EZP2023+ programmer it's ok ?

use CH341A version 1.5 or 1.7.
its way better than the ezp and its much faster and cheaper. it also doesn't need 1.8v adapter. it has switch 1.8v,2.7v,3.3v,5.0v.. unlike in ezp it doesn't have these features. use neo programmer if you buy ch341a. do not buy the old version of ch341a.

The bios is a W25Q256JVEN, I made a mistake on the first post
After wandering around the forum I start to get lost, I don't know anything about the subject
If you could shed some light on this for me please
What model of programmer do I need? and if I can do it without removing the solder
