Hi all I have surface laptop 3 model 1868 i7/16G/512G SSD. it stuck in 4 white square windows logo not go further anymore. I think was windows firmware update automatically going and went out the battery in the middle caused bios corrupt. it can not go recovery mode neither go in to bios setup mode just stuck on windows logo for couples days only on keyboard function is press and hold the power button it can be turn off.
opened the case found "winbond 25R128JWPQ" ic chip I think this is the bios chip and after research this ic chip is 1.8v not 3.3v.
please confirm: how can I get original bios file? how can I put in the machine S/N number ? I have CH341A black USB programmer with 1.8V adapter Can make this job done?
