Use the Guides to find and extract a virgin bios

[Guide] How to find the right HP bios version to flash https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...flash?t=122195
[Guide] How to extract ready for programming dump from HP update executable file https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=121948

Copy the DMI (serial, feature Byte, win key) from your backup to the virgin bios using a hex editor.Select the same offsets (select block in HxD) in both bios, copy from the old, paste to the new.

                Offsets: 0 - 10FF and 8000 - 803F

Read the guides in the post above yours, find and extract a virgin bios. The 15-ec0010nq shipped with FreeDOS and does not have a windows key in the bios. Just copy your DMI from the backup to the new bios , Offsets: 0 - 10FF

Hi. I have an HP Pavilion 15-ec1035nq. I updated unfortunately the BIOS has been updated, after that the BIOS corrupted. It does currently turn on, but keeps saying BIOS Corrupted. I've downloaded the BIOS files from the HP website using the laptop's S/N and updated the BIOS chip, but unfortunately now the laptop is completely dead. Any help please?I'm going to provide the original BIOS, please let me know if anyone can assist me on this, I'd be very grateful.

Then find the hardware problem, what are you waiting for the bios solution.
