Greetings from Cameroon. I have an HP Elitebook 840 G6 with a BIOS password. i waes wondering if i could use any of the already onlocked bin files here to flash my bios chips?
I have desoldered both chips, used HpUnlocked to unlock the chips and reflased with a RT809F programer but it still password locked

Unable to go any further to get any bios files due to being locked, any ideas?

buy an SPI programmer, make backups , post them here.

Write this chip only.
There will be 2 or 3 errors at first start up ... hit ok and continue.
When entering the BIOS for first time go to Security tab and reset settings to their default values and restart. The errors will be cleared.
