Try this one with your EC chip (orig2), put your main chip Back (orig) and let me know what will happen.

I've try to remove the BIOS admin password.
after flashing, the laptop fan spins, keyboard lights on and off.
then no display.

please check if what is wrong.
I attached the bin file of password lock and password remove

Wrong chip or Wrong way to read the chip. you need to read the chip again, also upload the EC chip.

Try this one and let me know the results.
In the first boot, go to the bios setting and disable all the security options.
If this method didn't work, upload your other chip (EC chip) it could be 16 or 32MB.

Here are your Unlocked files. program the both chips together, in the first boot go to bios menu and disable security options (Default).
