650 G1 ME-clean HELP NEEDED :-)

Hello!

Long story short, I needed to buy a new motherboard for my fathers friends 650 G1.
Bought one on eBay with locked BIOS.
Tried to unlock BIOS using HPUnlocker, but lock remained.

I transfered over old BIOS-chip which works, but ME-region needs cleaning (as I transfered from another motherboard.

The computer works with this BIOS-chip, but takes 30 sec to turn on.

Could someone please help me with this, so my fathers work buddy can get back the computer tomorrow!

I tried HPUnlcoker and RCUnlocker, both created a unlocked.bin but the lock is still there.

I think it's easier to clean the ME on the ''working'' dirty ME file...

The unlocked.bin file fails when writing on the ''verify'' stage.

I think it's easier to clean the ME on the ''working'' dirty ME file...

The dump from old motherboard BIOS-chip does not have a adminPW, it only runs slow due to dirty ME?

Have you tried with alternative software, such as NeoProgrammer,Colibri and ASProgrammer.The supplied software isn`t very good and quite often these verifying errors occur.It could also be a bad chip,but try other software first.

This is the .bin from the old board, this BIOS has NO PASSWORD, but it does take 20-30 sec for boot screen to appear so I assume it has a dirty ME =)
