UC23 fail, 1v8 falled 0.5V.
1.1V_MEM_EN =0.5V
+1.1V_MEMP falled 0.5V

This is the problem of a defective CPU and connections between motherboard and CPU.
You have to replace CPU.

The CPU is ok, same as everything else. All working with the original BIOS chip. Like mentioned in post #34, there is a corporate password that's needed to be cleared.

Ok, I had some time today and I had the motherboard removed. Looks like there are 2 25Q80DVIG chips on each side of the motherboard close to USB-C ports. Otherwise, I am at a loss here. Can someone point out where the BIOS chip location is?

Never mind, I was able to locate the BIOS chip. It is DG25B256DY1G.

XPS 9300 shows Dell logo, keyboard lights up, then computer reboots and cycle repeats. Looks like BIOS is corrupted. Current BIOS dump is attached. Could someone, please clean the BIOS file? Thank you.

I applied the new BIOS and only keyboard lights up. When pressing power button, charging light array upfront flashes amber color.

Sorry but I don't have another option. You can find any dump file and try it then see if it will works or not.

BIOS does not work because it is not a bios defect.
Apply the original BIOS and heat the APU to about 80 degrees.
Start a hot laptop. He should start correctly.
This will confirm the APU fault.

Have you checked for the firmware updates at dell support.If there are some they will need extracting form the downloads and possibly trimming to the correct size with a hex editor ?, not sure.
