I tried but pin 5 of flash chip is broken. It is detached from the chip . it didn't detected in any programmer. I have tried in 3 diffrent programmers. Please help me.

Hi My friends I have an A1708- 2017 that doesn't boot and is stuck on apple logo. I will post my bin file and request you guys who can help me do this. I actually have no experience and no style of doing cleaning and sn copy. would you guys help me by doing that for me. I really appreciate it.

The laptop can boot but it restarts at certain voltage
after flash the bios the coil - L7370 reach untill 1.048V but then restarts to 0 again reach 1.048V
possible flash the file again?

Type the laptop serial number, full name and model, motherboard model, etc.
post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..
