Hi there!

I also got a T440s here, that will power on, fan runs on normal speed, but the screen stays blank.
I tried resetting the CMOS multiple times. But it did not change the issue.
I also tried to get a clean BIOS from Lenovo, but only end up with .FL1 and .FL2 files. I tried the method in "BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools", but they don't work for these files.

Could someone be so kind to help me here?

Sadly, it did not fix the issue.
I guess, there is something wrong with the HW then - maybe the iGPU is faulty.

Thread merged..next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread.

Read the bios password guides ,you should be able to unlock it yourself
