Lenovo thinkpad T440s bios request

Hello Guys

Kindly assist with the thinkpad T440s lenovo turning on but no display, fan spinning fast

Motherboard number

VILTO NM-A052
REV 1.0
MADE IN CHINA

I lost the original bios bin files guys, kindly assist please ..
And I can't find the serial number too

W25Q64FV only one 8mb chip

Kindly please help me with repair my BIOS. It is 8mb dump (instead of most 16mb bios).
This is original dump with 5 beep code. ME cleaning didn't help - also 5 beep code.

I found just 1 working dump here, but without key like my bios. It was working after ME clearance.

I changed key and mac into my one.
It was asking about key and my key was "unable to verify". I klick "no key" and choose Win 10 pro manually.
After fresh installation it automatically activate Win 10 pro, so it's OK now.

Unfortunately after bios update it cut out cd-key and SDK license information. Is there any option to copy some DMI to keep it?

This bios also clean win key after update from 2.34 to 2.54. I will keep 2.34 version..

You remake this bios?
I tested it now, but screen is fully black on your outimage.

I think that some corelation with win key could be in MEC, and during update it is cross checked..

I used your bios from post #6,merged the 2.54 bios update,added the key and cleaned the ME firmware.There must be some other corruption in the bios as it hasn`t booted.

Could you please try to merge 2.54 update into this bios?
It have clean ME region by me and work great, but after update clean win key.
Later ME update by Lenovo tool in Windows went ok
