Samsung R60 plus BIOS Bin

Hi,
have a Samsung R60 plus with no boot.

Board is Praha-SR1 Rev1.1

The BIOS Chip U513 MX 25L8005 reads as empty.

If anyone has a BIN for this I'd appreciate it.

EZP2019+ which has worked perfectly on other chips.
