Hello, have you tried entering the service tag in the menu on the left in the maintenance tab?

Hello to all you friends
I have a dell inspiron 5406 in manufacturing mode and i cant save servjce tag in bios
It has a16 and a 8 mb bios chips
I couldnt extract files from exe file from dell and also couldnt clear me the bioses that i read
I tried a couple of files and no luck with any of them
In a thread about dell inspiron 5409 and 5402 a friend had exactly my problem and 2 files (both 8 and 16) was sent by another friend that solved my problem too and after writing those files i could choose the model of laptop and also save service tag but my laptop model in bios is 5409 now instead of 5406 that is the right model
Please can some one send me the righf cleared files for inspiron 5406?
Another problem is the laptop turns on when i close the lid and i have to disable lid in bios to solve the problem
I dont know its a hardware failure or something that can be solve with right bios?
I will appreciate any idea or guidence

manufacture mode and service tag cant be saved
only the files i attach works but they are for 5402 - 5409

Problem is, original BIOS keep restarting before logo.
Already tried some bios found here, worked but can't save service tag and not detect M.2
