Hello Fam, i have dell latitude E7280 here
                              service Tag: 8BB7HM2
                              CAZ10 LA-E121P

The laptop had a BIOS issue. I have tried flashing it, of which many files are not working even when I repair the original BIOS. Lately I have found a file that is working, but it's only running in manufacturing mode with the fan running at full speed and late display. When I exit the manufacturing mode to run into mode, the laptop is only powering on for a few seconds and shuts down until I flash the BIOS again.
What could possibly be the problem with this laptop?
