    Hp 15-db0997na

Looking for a working copy of the Bios for the above laptop - it appears to be a known issue with windows update pushing out a bios update that then bricks the machine.

I have tried the versions on the HP Website but they are smaller than the dump I have extracted from the chip

    Thanks in advance

use the 084AE bios ... DMI (is the information about the laptop, serial number, model, UUID number, etc) .. and KEYWIN (Windows key) ... which is in the range I wrote above ... the extracted bios are virgin, so that anyone can use them, and each one completes the virgin bios with this original information of the laptop ... so this information is passed from the original bios to the virgin bios..use the HxD program enter both bios in the program, select the region information, and (copy paste) from one bios to another.

Update bios EFCN58WW to EFCN59WW for solving The Connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended AC adapter

              I have a Lenovo Legion 5 15imh05a device that I bought used online. It came with a 20V 8.5A 170W charger.

              The BIOS version is EFCN58WW.

When I turn on the device, it displays the message:
"The Connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended AC adapter..."

The device rarely charges the battery, and even when it does, it doesn't show that it's charging.

              I've tried

Help with BIOS update on Dell G15 5515 after chip replacement
              by capoplays
              Hey everyone,

I recently bought a Dell G15 5515 with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and 3060 RTX. The BIOS chip on it was dead, and my hardware guy replaced the chip. After that, everything was working fine.

The BIOS is currently at version 1.22.1, and I wanted to update it. I downloaded the latest BIOS version from Dell Support using my ST: FQZMYJ3, but when I tried to run it, it says "unsupported system." I asked my tech guy what he did, and he said he took the chip from another board and flashed it onto mine.

When I check the BIOS using the F12 menu Flash...

2022 Razer Blade 14 (RZ09-0427) won’t boot after Windows update, only the green LED blinks - overheated or BIOS?
              by 0xx
              Hi folks,

My son clicked “Update and Shutdown” on a Razer Blade 14 (2022, RZ09-0427), closed the lid, disconnected the charger, and put the laptop in his backpack. The next day, it wouldn’t boot: only the green LED blinked, no fans, no keyboard backlight, no display. The chassis does get warm, so the CPU/GPU seems to get power.

What I’ve tried so far: disconnecting the main battery, CMOS reset with power drain (30s), using a different power adapter, and connecting to the monitor - same result.

I assumed that Windows Update was interrupted due to closing...

BIOS update wont complete - Dell Latitude 7420
              by Julian Bailey
              Hi all

Anyone come across this issue where a BIOS flash will only part complete?

It will update the system BIOS and Primary EC BIOS fine but fails to update the Intel TBT Retimer, Intel TBT Retimer 2 and ME Firmware.

NVMe m.2 drive isnt detected in the BIOS, but you can get into the BIOS fine and it all works in there as intended.

The drive works fine in another laptop.

Link to a video I made of what its doing here:

Any ideas on how to overcome this?

              Cheers...
