    You`ve asked for over 20 unlocking now,do you want to learn how to unlock them yourself,its relatively easy. Do you have anything you can share back with the community,like schematics and boardviews, high res motherboard photos, schematics for other electronics ?

    Relevant info for this model - BF97 suffix (BIOS 1.5.1) seems to have a bug, it will not unlock with the BF97 password but will unlock with the E7A8 one, generated on bios-pw.org

    Please assist with Dell Bios Password Unlock
    Model: Dell 5400 Latitude
    Serial: JDFDK13-8FC8
    Issue: Admin Bios password unknown
    Motherboard: EDC41, LAG891P, 2019-03-28
    BIOS: GD25B256DYIG
    EZP 2019+ read bios as GD25Q256,
    Please advise.

    Hello, There seems to be a version with a 32MB chip and a version with a 16MB and 8MB chip of this model.
    With 16MB there is something to be processed with 00FCAA that is exactly on the 8MB (ME region), so bring a 16MB on which the main BIOS is nothing.
    You need the 8MB chip.
