thank you, which tool should I use to flash this bin files? I tried with a bootable stick and from the bios update device option and it doesn't work.

                        Impossible.
You can refer to model CH341A (this is the cheapest model). Learn how to use it via Youtube.

Earilier I already flashed each and every dumps via SVOD3 but it didn't work. Even this dump. And today I flashed with RT809F, it worked. Don't know logic behind this, maybe SOVD3 error in my case.

consultation forum, I have 3 dell 3410, At first several days ago I programmed to remove the absolute. and it didn't turn on anymore explain the problem (it's like a little flash when the energy, 2 very short white LED flashes and it doesn't do anything or heat up) 2 recover the previous bios (the same) 3 I left the device stored for a few days (and suddenly when I connected it) it worked 4 load another released bios (failure) and it stayed flashing) 5 I react after weeks saved .... Now I did the same with another 3510 (i7 program directly disconnected battery and battery) and it worked Try again with another i5 10ma. and I have the same blinking error change the chips from i7 to i5 but it's the same any suggestion
