Now when powering it up keyboard flashes (CPU and PCH seems to work for a second) and restarts - and its looping.
Any idea if its possible to unbrick this? I tried to upload orginal bios but that not helped .
    use this same procedure

Thank you very much I will try it later when kids go sleep...
One more question, will windows activate on this clean bios after setting proper service tag or need to copy key somehow?

            Sumamry:
In new MB all works fine, windows activates, thanks!
Old CPU/PCH seems to be broken, no matter what bios I upload it stucks in restart loop. Also resistance on CPU coils seem to be lower tahn on working MB.
            Thanks rex for help!

Compare a locked and unlocked bios with a hex editor, its not as difficult as you might think.

so what you did to "disable" computrace affected bios. just invalidate AbtState in bios backup then permanently disable it in bios setup.

I forgot to say that this dump doesn't save service tag, and manufacturing mode. maybe some tempered original bios, not sure though.
