Thanks for your support, but it still didn't work. I was able to solve it using the attached dumps (Dell Latitude 3410 and 3510_19746-1_4MATIC), since these dumps allow me to modify the Service Tag. Thanks anyway!

Try with this dumps.
1.- At first boot press F2 to enter in bios settings (you will get a beep at every pressed key !)
2.- Enter the service tag and press Apply and the Exit
3.- After reboot (it will display Press Alt+F to exit...) press Alt + F

I already tried some I found online, but the problem is that now it turns on and off repeatedly, never displays video, and it seems to be stuck in a power-on loop.

turn on, fan work, screen lights up, but black image, it turns off when power button press 1 time, i have try cmos reset, change ram, disconect everything that was not nesessary, same result, i have try flashing other bioses, but just blinking capslock
