Everything works with the original BIOS, and it asks for a password.

Thanks for your support, but it still didn't work. I was able to solve it using the attached dumps (Dell Latitude 3410 and 3510_19746-1_4MATIC), since these dumps allow me to modify the Service Tag. Thanks anyway!

1.- At first boot press F2 to enter in bios settings (you will get a beep at every pressed key !)
2.- Enter the service tag and press Apply and the Exit
3.- After reboot (it will display Press Alt+F to exit...) press Alt + F

                        Hello, I'm looking for help.
The problem is this: a Dell computer came to me with the problem of not turning on. I checked, and the problem seems to be the XMC BIOS chips. When I remove the chips and try to read them, they don't work. The chips are faulty, so there's no way to get a backup. I'd like to know if there's a clean BIOS dump I can try. I already tried some I found online, but the problem is that now it turns on and off repeatedly, never displays video, and it seems to be stuck in a power-on loop.
