I also have an 840 g5 with touch and I can't get rid of the password, I tried with RCunlocker, it says that it deleted the password but the password is still there.
Can you help me?

Hi im new im problem connect ic 25q256jv programmer tl866ii in circuit , not power laptop , screen blank and fan , caps lock bling please fix my bios file bios originaly Lock password im try unlock bios and please send screen bios ic soldering 25q256 desoldering (capacitor/resistor) 7 or 6 pin WSON8 im try programing other bios not working for me
