impossible on windows 11 because not admin

i can't open the pc (secure screw) or read the bios (not admin on win 11)

There is something strange.
At the 0020DC10 line and 09 column, you replaced a char (01) by nothing (00) before NVAR. Is this an error, as you let the 01 char before the other NVARs ?
And thank you for the file I just want to be sure that it will not brick my computer. If there's a mistake in the file, will I be able to boot ?

motherboard / EM_IG116_200B_ENE_F_V2.0 /
cpu / INTEL DUAL-CORE CELERON /

spi chip / GIGADEVICE GD25LB64CVIG 8MB@SOIC8

laptop came in with bios password on boot, i did some search i find a list off password that i tries and one off them match F_Hv'U"T-è it work then boot into os normaly, i reboot and enter bios to remove it, but i found 2 passwords admin + user i remove admin but user not the same password it stay i save and reboot and password again i tried the same one F_Hv'U"T-è not match, i believe when there are 2 the admin bypass the user and when i remove admin user stay.

now i need help for for clear original backup, i tried by my self like @SMDFlea told the AMITSE areas and let the 01 in the end didn't work i post .BIN files the backup one after remove the admin password F_Hv'UT-è and the one i tried to unlock
